Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will love YourColorist scarf. But if not, you can return/exchange it in 30 days of delivery. Here is the return/exchange guideline:

1. Simply email us your order numberor email used to place the order at service@yourcolorist.com for the easy return. No question asked.

2. We will guide you to ship scarf back to our return center, please get the return instruction first before sending the return.

3. Our return center will process all the returns/exchange every two days.

  • Every YourColorist scarf is covered by this return policy.
  • The Exchanged scarf is not covered by the Return/Exchange policy.
  • Refunds to credit cards may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
  • The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items on clearance, ②Customized or Monogrammed Items.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
